Who can participate:
We work with artisans who can issue invoices, whether:

through the city hall of her city, as a self-employed artisan,

or through a CNPJ (Individual Micro Entrepreneur - MEI).
We also work with craft associations.
If you're not already part of an association, but have a group of interested artisans, you can also register — we love opening opportunities in new communities.

How our work functions
We send all the necessary materials, including the yarn, the prototype, and the complete technical sheet with production guidelines.
The artisan produces the piece and receives payment per finished piece, according to previously agreed-upon prices.
The artisan needs to have a cell phone with internet access so that we can communicate via WhatsApp, sending photos and videos during the production process.
How do we calculate the payment amount?
Before handing over any production, our team develops a pilot piece and records the total time required for its execution.
The calculation of the amount paid to the artisans is based on:
Brazilian minimum wage + 20%,
Including all the rights a person would have under a CLT (Brazilian labor law) contract (such as FGTS [Brazilian severance fund], 13th-month salary, and vacation pay),
We transformed that value into an hourly cost, which serves as a benchmark for arriving at the fair price of each piece.
Our goal is to ensure transparent and fair payment, aligned with good labor practices.
